About Me
Hello I am Keron Dufresne AKA Runningwolf
About Me
My journey into natural healing began as a child exploring the woods, guided by curiosity and a deep connection to nature. What started as wonder became a lifelong calling.

I am a Clinical Certified Herbalist and holistic wellness practitioner, supporting balance, vitality, and health through plant-based and integrative practices. My work blends medicinal herbs, essential oils, vibrational and frequency-based therapies, emotional release, mindful nutrition, movement, spiritual healing, and methodology coaching—supporting the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.

I studied Western herbalism under 7Song at the Northeast School of Botanical Medicine in Ithaca, New York. I also studied Ojibwa Nation culture and the medicine of drum making with Grandmother Isabella, learning the spiritual and ceremonial foundations that support healing beyond the physical.

I further deepened my understanding of Native plant medicine through studies with Cherokee Elders, where I learned to listen to the language of plants and honor the healing process through observation, relationship, and respect.

I completed 22 extensive credit hours in naturopathic and natural health studies through Clayton College of Natural Health before the institution closed, strengthening my foundation in holistic health, nutrition, and integrative healing systems.

In 2018, I started the Shaman Flora online apprenticeship introduction to shamanic herbalism, deepening my relationship-based approach to plant allies, plant medicines, and spiritual awareness.

I also studied with Dr. Enolia Pedro Harris through the Empower Achieve Succeed Methodology Coach Program, gaining tools to help individuals reconnect with their inner resources, shift perception, reclaim personal power, and consciously create lives aligned with their values and purpose.

In November 2024, I earned a Certificate of Completion in Cannabis Healthcare and Medicine from Syracuse University, expanding my understanding of therapeutic cannabis education within a healthcare-informed framework.

I am a Certified CARE Instructor in the Raindrop Technique, offering both education and application. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from working with the body and the intelligence of nature.

After menopause, I experienced a profound personal health transformation—losing over 50 pounds, rebuilding strength, and reclaiming vitality. Now, at 60, I support women and men over 50 in achieving healthy weight, mobility, resilience, and long-term well-being.
