Service Description
Join me for weekly workout routines at Eagles Summit. We will spend an hour working on building our lung capacity with easy workout exercises. We will be doing introduction to yoga and begin with a stretch exercise. Then we work on cardio exercises with dancing away pounds. We will then work with a few lightweight exercises to build your core muscles and abs. Recover with a light stretch for the lower back, neck, shoulders and legs. Bring your workout gear and join in. It is always more productive when you have friends to workout with. Monthly fee is $25 or $5 a session. Times are Saturday 8 am
